What is HACCP FSMS ?

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) establishes the fundamental principles for ensuring effective control of food safety. By implementing a HACCP food safety management system, organizations can proactively address the hazards that impact food safety. This systematic approach involves setting critical control limits at crucial points in the food production process to identify and mitigate potential risks.

  • Identification of Critical Control Point (CCP)

  • Establish critical limits

  • Establish CCP monitoring system

  • Establish corrective action when CCP is deviated from critical limit

  • Verification to confirm HACCP system is working effectively

  • Establish documents and records
